Time of injury - 14:30
Your DOB and age - 8/8/84 24yrs old
name - dan
location - Hineston, louisiana
# years practicing Parkour / Freerunning - about 8 months
Hours of training per week. - 2 hours almost everyday
Other exercise / fitness experience
Location where injury occurred - outside in the grass
Conditions of location (wet, dark, icy, etc) - dry beautiful weather
What you were doing / trying to do when injury occurred? - going from a standing position to an L-sit.
Where any other people involved? - others were there but they didnt get hurt
Part of body  - description of injury, rating of severity 1-10. - left thumb. while transitioning to an L-sit all of my bodyweight shifted to my thumb causing it to buckle under the weight. I rate it a 5
Did you see a doctor for diagnosis? - nope
Did you get X-rays or MRI's? - nope

Could you / how could you have avoided the injury? - Yea I could of avoided it. I was rushing things. If I would have done it slower I wouldnt have got hurt

You should probably see a doc so that you can see the extent of the damage and whether you need to do physical therapy or not...
