most commonly performed by new comers, going "ass over tea kettle" often is the result of someone tripping over their own feet and landing on their face in such a way that their legs and feet are carried over the back of their head by their own foreword momentum.
"greg went ass over tea kettle the other day and now it looks like freddy kruger got a hold of his face." ...which then brings you to a "kruger face"

a "kruger face" describes one, or both sides of a persons face that has been maimed by an unforgiving surface, such as concrete, gravel, assfault, or in more unfortunate instances... broken glass :/ as though Freddy Kruger has just planted a firm bitch slap to that persons money maker.

Ohmylanta. I actually literally truely laughed out loud there. Broken glass would suck, especially if you got it in your eyes... But still, that's reallyreallyreally funny terminology there.
