Drop the curls, swap them for pull ups and push ups.

Assuming you are doing your exercises with good form, whether or not your workout is "good" or "bad" depends entirely on what your goals are. And even then it's not a question of "good" vs. "bad", but rather more effective vs. less effective in getting you to your goals.

Also, you haven't included your intensity or frequency, so this doesn't tell us much.

I would suggest identifying a handful of goals for yourself, and then reading Steve's "How to Construct a Workout Routine" article (stickied in this forum), and go from there. We'll be happy to help out with that if you like.

Good luck! :)

lol... Patrick you posted too fast!

I'm not an expert on this subject, nor do I know that much science behind it.  But as a runner I do know it works.

Why do I think running is the most neglected part of parkour?  Specifically endurance running.

I'd like to know what your running regime consists of.  And here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Vary your runs every day by at least .5 of a mile.  It is very bad to run the same distance every day.
- Don't neglect speed or distance.  Do sprints and endurance running.

We still don't even know if running is one of his goals.

Just a quick bit of advice: Make sure you work your whole body evenly. don't neglect working a group of muscles because that's how you can get imbalances which will lead to injury/problems.

Drop the curls and situps. Replace curls with either more push ups or pull ups. Replace situps with...anything that engages the core at all. Squats, Quadrupedal movement (QM), rows, anything. Situps are kind of pointless for Parkour IMO.

You're also going to need repetition. Once you've found the right exercises, do at least 3 rounds so it's a good workout, not just a slightly-heart-rate-increasing-warm up.
