Totally resurrecting this thread, BUT, I want to throw out these great new shoes that my pk teacher/friend stumbled upon. They're great- they stick to virtually everything, have great grip all around, are pretty light, and overall super duper comfortable. And they're a pretty fair price, too.

Biggest perk: they come in womens. And there are lots of options. :D

I would definitely recommend the Women's Warhawks from 5:10. I'm a guy and I have the male versions and I absolutely LOVE THEM. I'm jealous that the girls get red/black...definitely my favorite colors!  :'(

I train in vivo aqua lites and I know they've got a version in women's sizing called the Lucy Lites. If yall are interested in the barefoot/minimalist movement, I'd highly recommend checking them out!
