New password incorrect after it was sent by email.

Hi, I was forced to make a second account, after I had forgotten the password to the first. I had a new password sent to my email address, and I tried to log in with it. It wouldn't let me, I tried again a few more times until it wouldn't let me anymore, so I figured it just hadn't updated yet. I tried again the next day, and it still didn't work, so I proceeded to send for another new password. I got the email with the new password and tried AGAIN. Still, no go. I sent for ANOTHER, and it still didn't work. I created this account simply post this message.

The former account name was Jkendall, but if you can't fix the problem, I don't have much of a problem with this one, other than the fact that I had to create a new e-mail address for this one, and probably won't ever check it.
