That's beautifully done.  I was impressed at how you took the simple moves and strung them together into very complex maneuvers.  Inspirational; this is the kind of Parkour I want to be able to practice.  Thanks.

great video. someday I want to be there ability-wise.

I envy your car park. Most everything in nyc is barred up, bolted down, or has some sort of metal spikes on it, it seems.

About 2 days after I filmed there, it got pulled down (The parts with the green railing)  :( was a good spot.

This is still one of my all time favorite PK or FR videos. Other videos have bigger movements, more precision, funnier endings, etc etc, but something about this one just enthralls me. The music choice, the editing, the simple yet graceful moves. I've watched a lot of videos in my 4 years of knowing about parkour and this is one of only a handful that I bookmarked to watch again and again.

Well done my friend, well done.

Wow..... ;D I'm glad you liked it (I blush). Thanks

I'm trying to portray Parkour as Parkour, not a trick fest.

Hopefully I've achieved that with this Vid.

thoroughly inspirational and beautifully done!

I just discovered PK a few days ago and couldn't stop reading/finding out more.  38 female here, very eager to start; it just seems to be what I've always wanted to do since childhood...   However, the sedentary life over the past few years means I will start with general conditioning first.  Your video provides a great inspiration for me to get back in shape and move fluidly over space with ease and control.

Ah, GreyBeagle, at 38 you're a child.  I'm 45 and am loving doing this.  Go for it!  The whippersnappers love having us old folks around at jams; I think it lends some sort of legitimacy to the thing.  Or maybe I'm just justifying my need to never grow old.  Hmm.
