But as for places to train?I head down to my neighborhood park. There is like a obstacle course down there. So I'm trying to do the basics of Parkour ( get from point A to point be AFAP.).
I just practice what I'm confident in. Like I used the Cat balance a few hours ago to get past this haky part. Other than that I do push ups, precisions, and jump rope in my yard. I'm still trying to do the roll
