For a lot of reasons, I'm going to stop my public log

1) These logs are for two things: keeping track of progress, and getting feedback. Well, I'm not making any quantifiable progress (not to say that I'm not making progress), and as for feedback, I'm already in contact with Chris Salvato (if he forgives me for my recent rudeness - sorry man), and plan on contacting Steve Low and Ken PkChiro. That way, I get feedback, without worrying about getting bad information.

2) When I try and make a simple point, it ends up taking up space, and more importantly, my valuable time (see item 1)

3) I want to be able to record when and where I finish exercising, so I'm going to keep a small, hand-held log

At some point, I will start up this log again - either at the start of the summer, or when the next school year begins. I have a rough plan, divided by seasons of the year, for getting back into to regular exercise (real exercise - strength training, endurance). I plan to begin Starting Strength after I reach a high level of strength with body weight exercises, somewhere around the time I can do consistent explosive pistols and consistent kipping muscle ups, and after my growth starts to really plateau, so once I hit 6' 3".

Peace,
