Have been bad about logging. Friday I did cardio only. for 15 minutes.

Food:
Breakfast: 1/2 apple, 1 egg & 2 egg whites, 1/2 can mushrooms, 1 strip bacon scramble. Too much coffee
Lunch: Small salad w/ ham and turkey, ranch dressing, baked potato with butter and sour cream
Supper: big salad, with small bowl of spagetti, 4 dates for dessert
Exercise:
Warmup: 3x10 squats
3x10 wall push ups
3x10 Assisted pullups @130
Work out:
3x8 pullups assisted @115
3x8 knee pushup negatives
3x1 plank held about 30 seconds each
Metcon:
15 hard working minutes on the elliptical. +3 cool down. Felt like I jogged the entire time over just a brisk walk.
Goal for today is a regular work out with increasing the reps per set and an increase in cardio time to 15 min on elliptical and 10 on rowing machine.
