Depression
« on: May 18, 2006, 02:06:56 PM »
wow, the past month has been really horrible for me and I think I have a very searious case of depression. Nothing can motivate me for anything and I feel worse than I have in my entire life. I've been getting a little help but I'm still very sad. It's unusual for me to feel like this and hope it never happens to anyone else. Even my attendence to the forum has been majorly affected. If you've read my blog then you know what set it off for me the last week, really made me want to commit suicide, (don't worrie I won't, I have my whole life ahead of me, it will get better). The only thing that keeps me going is the hope that this will end.

My point to this is that well, I havn't been able to do parkour and still can't because of my arm but when I finally get back out I think it will get me out of this horrible hole. This is a story in the making, parkour can save my life of sorrow. Just, nomatter what if you feel this strongly about Parkour don't give it up because it may be your way out and could keep you going. I'm excited for a jam so when I heal I'm ready guys.  :) Wish me luck on this.

Be strong little buddy. Every male on my dad's side suffer's from chronic depression, and i'm no exception. take it one step at a time and just try and do little things that make you happy. watch a sunset, set in your favorite chair with a cold drink, lay on the grass and read comic books, whatever you think is going to make that one part of your life worth being around for. I know times like this may make you want to push back responsability and hold off on things, but trust me, if you can bear to do something, get it done. its a whole lot easier to breathe when you have one thing the needs to be done, then 10 things that should have been done. IM me if you need to talk man, we will get you through this slump.

How old are you?  If you're still a teenager, then that could explain a lot.  Some things, you just need to grow out of.  Trust me.  I was a f#ckED up teenager.

Yeah I'm still in High School.
This though, is something I'm sure to remember for the rest of my life either as a great fall or an awesome uprising. I will get through this I know, as soon as I can get back out there Parkour will help me free my mind and stay in a calm state. As long as I have something to look faward to I will continue faward untill I reach it. Parkour is that.

One last thing I wanted to say... That girls name is Donna and she just happens to feel the same way about me (this was a great feeling for me and has helped me a lot). She has talked with me about what has happened and got me through it. I owe her a lot. It just won't ever work because her brother and his new friend (even her dad is against me for some reason). Donna broke up with her boyfriend because she doesn't feel as strongly about him as me. YEY But...

She is moving to Germany in 10 days :'(. Maybe this is meant to happen, everything happens for a reason (so I believe). But now for some reason, I feel better than ever. Maybe she is not the one, it does seem that way though. She has helped me a lot and renewed my life. There are things worth living to atleast glimce at.  :)

I completely understand what you're going through. I've been through hell in the last couple months, lost the girl I love, cant find work. I got fed up with being sad, so I'm seeking help with it. I have a feeling, getting into Parkours will help me alot.

I'm sorry to hear that your having problems with love. You'll get through it. Trust yourself.
I know it hurts now but you will find someone else, it is probably hard to think about it right now but love troubles are just a part of life. As for this being a great uprising or great fall, it could be if you do something that might hurt yourself.

I have pretty much gotten over her but we are such  great friends it's hard to let her go, probly ever wont.

You know who would be awesome to date not just because she does parkour but because she is really freaking cool and she is absolutly amazingly beutiful to me  ;D. Liv Rowlands, know her? From TCT eh. I have a thing for her even though she is soo far away lol.

uh here are some links if you don't know who she is.  ;)
