I'm going to use my good timing to show different parts of our world what parkour is about. Since my Asian adventure coincides with International Parkour Day, I'm hitting up the two other communities I'm closest with.

Just wanted to pass on that the Philippine Parkour and Free Running Association is on board for a Leave No Trace jam on IPkD. http://www.parkour.ph/community/index.php?topic=823.0

I'm also working on getting Guangzhou, China Parkour (City Spanker) to set something up. The language barrier is a little more difficult.

Write up: A very successful jam with a lot of enthusiasm! Our group picked up all the trash surrounding City Hall, as well as Love Park. We totaled a lot of garbage and were very proud to see some of our favorite spots looking cleaner than ever.

I practice parkour regularly on my walk home from the gym and i started bringing a plastic bag along to pick up trash and cans along the way.
I have really only collected like one full trash bag so far.
