Bryan, right by Brooke View is a little Office park and it's got a few cool things at it.

I like to Go to CSU, odviously. Downtown Old Town is good. City PArk's conditioning Circuit is good for conditioning. There's also a few Business parks that can be cool.

Also Rolland Moore Park and a little bit @ Fossil Ridge, though it's limited.

well as we all know rain can be an issue, but the best places to train when its raining is indoors at your own place, or outside in the rain. We trained outside this last saturday in the rain so its no big issue when it does rain. BUT warning, be very careful with what you do. Try to keep away from precision jumping on rails, or on slick concrete. We can train in sunny, snowy, and windy days why not rainy days? Grin

There are a really good set of places to train downtown. Normaly i start off at the lincoln center where there are lots of good rails and a walls, then over to the post office where there is a line of picknick tables that are good for linking vaults. They also have a long wall that progresively gets higher (not high enough to really push your wall runs) but good at progressing your jumps and landings. After that i move on to the building to the south of that where they have some decent rails and vault oportunities. From there i just walk around there is a lot of stuff down there. Some of the large fancy apartment buildings have good stuff around them.

have fun!
