I like the looks of the new APK warm-up gear. I was looking at a fitness test the other day that tested the five pillars of exercise - strength, cardio, flexiblity, agility, and power - and how/why you should build your workout around these same five pillars to achieve peak overall fitness years. Many of the exercises are the same exercises seen in the APK and/or Crossfit workouts. However, one area where both seemed to lack a bit (other than the plyometric aspect of it) was the agility category. I was thinking on how to work that into my routine but now you've done that for me w/ the new APK workout.
