ummm.... hi guys haha...

first let me say, i have been working my ass off in he gym lately i just havent had much of an oppurtunity to post  them. i've barely managed to keep track of my times and weights. I'm getting CF certified on march 7th so im in overdrive right now, im so consumed with my workouts and learning this program that im not getting much time to do much else.

Ialso am launching a website in the coming weeks. www.FragFitness.com is a site i've been develeoping for a while to get fitness more approachable and worthwhile to gamers. I know the idea isnt ENTIRELY original but i havent seen a whole lot of the like out there and i've been wanting to do this for a while. So it goes without saying i have a headache from relearning photoshop (lol been a while) and gather all the information i want to present on the sight as well as a few videos (i have no experience with video editing).

so that being said i'm going to try to get back into posting my workouts, i will point out however that i am down to a svelt 175 from my starting point of 185 so im m aking progress... i dont want to get much lighter but i still have a solid 10 pounds before my love handles start going away (well under 10% for me sadly) . My legs feel like springs, i can sit back in a 3rd world squat for long periods of time and have so much explosion in my steps.

today i did

21-15-9 reps

Overhead squat- 95 lbs (snatched it into position anytime i had to drop it --- also i think i need to add weight for this)

Knees to Elbows

this took 8 minutes flat
the warmup was 30 kettlebell swings with 50 lbs KB 40 air squats and 10 double unders for 2 rounds

3 dead hand pullups followed by 6 kipping pullups

10 rounds for time

11'12"

between my sore sarrattus, my bum middle finger, and my ripped calouses this workout almost killed me quick

i followed this up by rowing 250m then doing 20 setups

i meant to go for 8 rounds but i was a t work and was cut off after 5

not  too muchby way of quantity today.. but it sure as hell was quality lol
