This hasn't happened to me, but I think its cuz i'm so used to running and walking around alot.
Maybe you just aren't used to running around and jumping so much, Don't overdo yourself. Stay reasonably within your limits.
But yea, you can get used to it, I know it may be kinda cold outside (kinda, hah) but you can built tolerance and not get foot pains anymore simply by jogging in place more often, or going out for a 30 minute run/jog.
I don't know your physical condition, but what i'm trying to say is just be on your feet more ;)

Ya know, when I first started out, I had the same problem. I would come home from training and the balls of my feet were bruised...
The thing that I did to stop this was I asked a physical therapist. (I've gone to one my whole life for my suckish ankles) He said that this was probably because the rest of my body was not in shape enough for the jump, ergo my body wasn't strong enough to absorb the impact of the jump. So I started training harder and eventually I became stronger, and once I got pretty strong I stopped getting bruises because my feet were'nt the only thing taking impact from the jump anymore. My calves, hamstings, quads, etc... were all taking the impact away from my feet, so... yeah. No more problem.
So... my advice would be to just build up the rest of your body, focusing on your legs. And practice spreading out the impact of your jump not just to your feet, but your whole body. Hope I helped a bit. ;)

Yeah, when I started, I had that problem too. It's just your feet getting used to the "OMG WE R LIKE HITING GROUND HARD FROM PARKOUR", Cause even just doing vaults or kongs or that crap, your feet hit the ground. Soon you'll feet will get used to it and toughen up.
Hope that helped.
