Springfield, Missouri - HTV Magazine, Hillcrest High School - Springfield Parkour "TV" spot

Here it is!

I think the guys did a good job of putting together the video.  Ironically the one thing they narrated (that we had been training for 6 months) was a lie: we've only been training for 3-4. ::)  EDIT: I forgot to mention that this was for a high school TV program, but the guy who filmed us said that its a nationally recognized program, so who knows where this will show up?

Watching the video I noticed a few things we can polish up on.  For one, I try to keep everyone as close to the ground as possible, and those drops looked a little outside our capabilities.  I wasn't around when they were filming that part, but I think I'm going to encourage the guys to lay off those for a bit.  I know it's not exactly a sampler or anything, but any advice people can give would be excellent!

P.S. I'm the guy with the ponytail (the best move is that last one :P), and the guy with the blue/white polo is another APK member, Dusty Smith.
