Today's Diet
4 large eggs this morning
3/4 cup oatmeal
2 cups milk
Large bowl of Macncheese for lunch
2 Peanutbutter and honey sandwiches
Bag of Qdoba chips
Today's Workout
One that I am most definitely going to feel tomorrow
Did about 15 pullups in the morning and about 30 pushups
Went to COPK class... Fitness test (missed half of it)
30 pushups
50 situps
55 second wall handstand
Those above were the only ones I got.
After that it was back to the basics for a while, quite nice
Practiced Rolls, Got some good QM in, 360's.
Afterthat, the workout...
20 Pushups
20 squats
10 Pistols, each leg.
Bunch of Abs work... not really sure what it was. Hollow Rock or rocks or hollows or something like that. Rest position = not resting.
Then I went and played with the big kids. Vaults, precisions, yada yada yada.
All in all a good, brutal day.
