Try reading some tutorials and watching videos so you can get the jist of how it goes.  Then just go out and do it.

So... yeah, I live in Anchorage too, and I was wondering if anyone could help me learn the finer points of Parkour. Just figured I'd throw that out there for anyone who'd be willing to put up with a fourteen year-old guy. Meow. Just email me yo, DcBellerive@gmail.com

I live up by Fox and go to UAF, I usually just spend the winter training, but in the summer, i'm all over the place.  hit me up and maybe we'll run.  A buddy of mine and I were thinking about getting a Fairbanks team started.  It's good to know there are others around here.  This is me -->  fsstw1@uaf.edu

Man, we use to do parkour all the time in North Pole, but we can't afford the gas anymore. But seriously, how is it going in ALASKA? I bet it is nuts learning in snow...lol
