What is the perfect height to parkour?

I wonder what the perfect height is in parkour? (human height)

maybe it was'nt correct forum..

Like... body height? There isn't one. Any height works as it's all about the person learning how to use their own body..


Although 5'9" seems to be the magic height for soccer and maybe some other sports, not basketball.

As Alec said, parkour is a very individual discipline, and therefore the question of the "perfect height" isn't the correct question.  Intuition suggests that taller folk may have an easier time with tall passe murailles, while shorter people may be able to navigate underbars more easily.  Of course, height is just one of a myriad of factors, along with weight, body composition, muscular strength and distribution, skill, diet, and so forth, that determines a person's optimal ways of movement.  Just know your own body, capitalize on your strengths, minimize your weaknesses, and train hard and safe.

For some reason I though you put up David Belle's measurements. I was doubting those are his measurements and I was seriously wondering how you got them.
