Today i didn't do much it was the last day of school till winter break.  So i didn;t do much but i went swimming and practiced flips and was swimming around and stuff i was with tyler my other teammate and also i didnt really do anything beacuse i am sore from yesterday.

TOTAL TRAINING FOR DEC 20

-swimming 2 and a half hours

INJURIES
-osgood shallters
-and hip hurts allot i got slammed into a locker  :P


GOALS

-2 dead hang muscle ups
-1 very smooth roll on concrete
-5 second handstand
-find a way/place to practice flips when thier is snow outside
-drill all basic vaults until fluid
-increase percison jump by 1 foot
-do 1 set of 15 ibs fly's

Thats kinda bold to say. I have been conditioning my leggs so that i can jump i have been working my quads and hamstrings. I also can't just stop beacuse then i will lose everything i have worked for like they say if you stop doing what activty you were doing when you have osgood it will actualy make the osgood worse beacuse the muscles will tighten and will make it worse also i do plyometrics at my school, Also i have been working on my percisons. And i now what i am capable of and what i can do so to an extent what i have been doing is a decrease in what i was capable to do before osgood. So i have stop jumping to an extent so i can't just stop completly i know my body better then you i now what it tells me i listen to my body.

ITS CHRISTMAS TODAY  ;D  i woke up this morning to a stocking outside my door  :) i got everything i asked for and more  :D i got a TON of clothes i got a watch with tons of stuff you can do on it like stopwatch i also got a sansadisk mp3 player its SWEET i got around 100$ but i got soo much clothes beacuse my moms boyfriend went to doubi and he bought me tns of clothes for christmas. I also got a silver neckless a new backpack a new winter jacket which is really good. BUT one of my favorate things is Thermal underware  ;D its sooo cool i trained in it today it was great  ;D ;D i have upper and lower body its made out of 80% nylon and 20% spandex its SOO great  ;D i also got another kind of under armor its made of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. Thier all really great ;D.... But for my training i went out for 2 hours i learned how to do a thief into a cat on a rail also i as doing allot of underbars and other stuff.  did that for about and hour and twenty min. Then i went over to the bars i did some bar tricks and then for the rest of the time i was practcing muscle ups. I did that for the rest of the two hours. AND to finish the day off i had a great christmas dinner with my family and friends :D :D

EDIT: also i have been practicing handstands i can do some of them for 5 seconds but i won't mark it off on my goals until i can get almost all of them to 5 seconds :D

Today i didn't do any training outside beacuse it was really rainy and the snow was all slush. But i did condition i did allot of hanstand pushups against a wall allot of pullups and allot of stair jump and QM upp stairs.

Today was a really fun day i went out and trained with my team dana and tyler :P we were out for around 3 hours i did allot of fun stuff did underbars and a few frontflips we did allot of stuff it was really fun. I wore my under armor and it was great :D. So right now i'm watch the live UFC match. Also i can now do a 5 second handstand most of the time so i am crossing that goal off and also for the find a way tp practice flips i will just go out and find good places to do them so i'm crossing that off and i have been drilling most of my vaults so i am crossing that off to.

Today i went out at around 1 and came back at around 2:30 i practiced doing movements in a row like i did this precision to a cat to 2 hand vault to fakey under bar to under bar it was really fun and i also did some front flips. O and also my step-brother is here so it will be fun hangout with him. My Osgood it almost doesn't hurt anymore so its removed from injuries list. And on my goal list to increase my precision by 1 foot i am removing that because i haven't worked on it and i don't really desire it.

Today was a really fun day, Me and dana got a ride from my mom downtown courtnay we have not really trained down thier before so it was great. Propaly one of the best spots thier is anywere. Thier is this place called the sid-williams and it had great stuff i did my first turn vault onto a verticle wall it was great we trained for around 3 hours. But the sucky thing is my brother went home and thats a bummer i liked him around :-\ but he says he will be back in a few days so its all good  :D. Also i was doing flips of tables and stuff it was real fun  ;D

Today was fun dana slept over and we celebrated new years and watched all season 4 of the office  :D ;D it was hilarious. We played some worms and stuff. But anywas today we went out and i did my first dead hang out of the gym now i can improve on them  ;D ;D ;D !!!!!!!!!!! o man i'm so stoked also i was doing under bar 360's and other things  :D :D its awsome. So today was a great great day.

Today was a good day for training i went out to broklyn and i was thier for around and an hour and a half i did 25 assisted muscle ups. I did a kong i konged the long line and then went into a cat on the verticke line|___. I went home then i went out at around 3 again i went to highland and trained for around 30 min then i came home and practiced rolls and palmspins for 30min. went inside ate and stuff relaxed went back outside i did some laches on a tree and stuff for around 30 min again then went inside and ate dinner.

OK first off i haven't posted in a few days but nothing really big has happened i slept over at friends house and stuff like that but i have been doing dead hang muscle ups hear and their though to. But today was a good day in gym i did a tic-tac off of a wall and grab the steel bars that hold up the basketball hoop then i did a muscle up it was cool people were like wow how did u get up their and stuff it was fun :D. But today didn't do much just took today as a rest day sore from all the muscle ups and stuff. But i did do some planche stuff for around 30 min.

Today was really good i went out and trained for 3 hours by myself i did 2 dead hangs WOOOOT ;D :D i also did allot of other stuff i havent done like this massive wall climb it was a really great day  ;D and also my handstands have improved allot i was practice them allot for propaly 40 min.

Today as another really good day i went out and trained for 2 hours. I did mostly precisions and stuff like that it was a really good day but i was sore from yesterday. And also i had a workout for 75 min. I did mostly pull ups i did some chest and some fly's. and i worked on my forearms and stuff. Also downtown theirs this totem poll and i could only get to the second animal usually but today i persisted on getting to the top so i did and when i was up their i thought that the totem poll represented my training so far because the first one was easy to climb and the second one was really hard and i got on the last one and its an eagle so now i can sore to new heights and i can express myself more through my movements it was really epic :P :D It felt like i became a new person so now i have the eagle by my side  ;D

Today was a really good day i went downtown with my friend tyler for a 3 hour session i beat some of my goals. it was really fun also my friend tyler did some stuff but his landings suck, also the wall climb downtown that i use to struggle with i can do really easy now.

The reason i didn't leave an entry yesterday was because i went up to mount Washington. But anyways today i did a upper body workout mostly pull ups and stuff and also i went downtown again and trained for 1 and a half hours. i did palm spins precisions and wall climbs.

Today was a ok day i went out for an hour and a half and practiced reverse vaults and stuff on bars it was good i came home and practiced some rolls on concrete and other landings. I also dis some QM. Then i went over to my moms boyfriends house and watched the UFC match it was good. O yea i also did allot of handstands and stuff i did a handstand for longer then 7 seconds  :D

Philosophy Journal

OK i think i will sometimes post in this section when I am having a change in my philosophy of Parkour. So anyways this is what is happening since i really started Parkour its been almost a competition between me Dana and Tyler but its not a good thing and since their is this competition we mostly try to learn the same thing as the other person its more of a thing between me and Dana. But i am changing my views of Parkour lately and i am trying to well find MY way of everything. I think this will be really good and also I will progress faster because i won't have to worry about Dana getting 10 muscle ups in a row because that's what he wants to do and its not what i want to do if i want to do something i will learn it not caring about their views about it.
