Today Was Great !! And also painful , well at first it wasn't beacuse I went over to Tyler's place beacuse he said we were going to the river. But than he said we were going to Dana's place when we got their Dana had no clue we were showing up another failed attempt to plan stuff by Tyler. So anyways we ended up going downtown. And i ended up doing this cat downtown that  have wanted to do for a while !!!!!. anyway after that we went to Louis than started to head back beacuse we wanted to see if we could go on a boat down some rapids with Dana's dad. So when we get home his Dad says he needs to fix the car first. So me and Dana and Tyler play Foosball. And than it gets to like 3ish and Tyler has to go home for work. So when he leaves me and Dana play Foosball for like 2 hours more. We got ridiculous at it. Than we decided we would go to the forest and train. After just doing some stuff we came to this cat. It was massive me and Dana tested the surfaces jumped near it and stuff. And than we were at the run up and Dana looks at me and says.. "This is what we do parkour for" he turns around and does the massive cat. Than I run after him and do it, I get up and look at him we are sooo deep into the zone and pumping with adrenaline and we Just yell and double pound it. It was amazing its like the corner stone for the 2 year. !!......... later that day we went out and did some flips in Dana's yard and i was chasing him and than I smashed my foot against this rock and now it hurts ALLOT. And also on the 12 I'm going to see a chiropractor about my bone that sticks out. But today was allot better than worse. So over this next week I will just do allot of conditioning and resting.


TOTAL TRAINING FOR JUNE 6


-Trained for 4hrs

INJURIES


-smashed foot

GOALS
 
-Do 1-2 sideflip on flat
-Get back handsprings on grass
-Get to third step at school
-Do wall run at school
-Gainer into the sandpit
-Standing back flip and land on grass patch at sandpit

I have't posted in my log for somtime now I have been busy, or been lazy to post. But I will start to post again well anywas, today was a rest day from yesterday I had a gym session it was a one on one with this pro gymnastics teacher it was awesome so today I am really tired. In my last post I talkde about the chiro well I went their and have been going their for a few sessions with the chrio. Also he recomended orthotics and they are going to be here in a week or two. I am excited for them, But anywas today was a rest day. Oh and its summerrrr !!  ;D

Today I set up a mat in the frontyard and was trying some areials and stuff but then got frustrated long story short I bailed in a backflip!.  But after that I went swimming and that was good did a bunch of laps and stuff. And also today i fisnished my first set of 2 times daily. Also I won't be posting for the next 4 days beacuse i'm going to ladysmith and staying with my dad.

TRAINING FOR JULY 16

-went swimming did laps for an 1.5hrs

Today I got back from my dads house I was their for 4 days thats why I didn't post. Anywas today when I got back Dana came over we went to the beach but the ended up being a fail. So anywas later that day we had a class at the new gym it was really great. We worked on double fronts,backhand-springs,round offs, and at the end Giants. I could have done 1 but I was to scared so next class I will do it.
