Ok well i think if i start doing this training journal i will get better

ok well today i did a few wall climbs i didn't do much today beacuse it was very wet, at around 6:30 went swimming practiced some frontflips off diving board and did a few laps. didn't do much today tired from yesterday training session.



TOTAL TRAINING FOR OCT 20

-couple of muscle ups
-2.3  hours of swimming mostly in the hot tub ::)

-wrist kind of hurts from bending it to much
-elbow aces dont know what is hopefully goes away soon

OK well today at 9:00 am i did a short 30 min leg workout i did situps ,lunges ,squats, A steps, jump squats at 4pm i did another upper body workout that lasted around 45 min i did wide arm pushups, normal pushups, and these push ups i dont know what thier called and chin ups. Also one legged fly's.

TOTAL TRAINING FOR OCT 21

-80 situps
-30 lunges
-20 squats
-20 jumping squats
-20 wide arm pushups
-20 norm pushups
-20 strange push ups ;)
-15 chin ups
-20 fly's

Ok well today i did not do any workout but i went out and i practiced some movments and i did a bit og conditioning some wall climbs QP so i will just count today as a rest day but from know on i will start to do WOD

ok well today i didn't do much beacuse i went to the gym and practiced some kongs dashes, backtucks,frontflips,sideflips etc. i finaly landed my sidefilp  :)
i can do a sideflip in the gym i just need to do it on grass same with my backtuck. Also at school i did a few wall climbs.

Ok well today i didn't do anything really beacuse my osgood hurt allot beacuse of gymnastics the day before :'( so i just went swimming did some laps and some water training i was thier for 3.5 hours

Today i did allot i went out and i trained for 2.5 hours also at 7pm i conditioned i did handstand progression, pull ups, chin ups, squats ,lunges, pushups, wall squat, calf raises, shin raises and pistols.


TOTAL TRAINING FOR OCT 24

-trained doing parkour for 2.5 hours
-handstand "hold" 2:00 min
-pull ups 25
-chin ups 25
-squats 20
-lunges 40
-wall squat 1:00 min
-calf raises 20 and 20 with 1 leg ..each leg
-shin raises 25 each leg
-pistols 10 ea. leg

Well today i did allot of stuff well first off i biked to my friends house that took 22 min and then we did some under bars then we thought we would look at some spots downtown so we packed our backpacks with water clothes cammeras etc. we hopped onto our bikes and headed downtown we were very lucky to find this place by a gas station allot of wall climbs i practiced cats wall climbs rolls and stuff we were thier for about 3.5 hrs then we went to timmys quickly then we had to walk up this huge hill took about 20 min and then i had to bike home another 20 min. So today was all in all a really good day.


TOTAL TRAINING FOR OCT 27


-biked for 50 min
-practiced mainly wall climbs cats and some other things for 3.5 hrs with one of my team members



INJURIES

-osgood shallters
-planter faciitis almost completely gone


GOALS
-handstand for 15 seconds

Today i did training for a muscle up and i did some bar moves like spins and stuff on a bar. i was out training wall climbs, muscle ups and bar moves for about 1.5 hours. right know i have to jump a bit to do a muscle up i can also somtimes do a swinging muscle up. my wall climbs are getting allot better.

today i did a core workout and allot of handstand progressions and a little bit of lower body. Didn't do a ton beacuse i want to be fresh for tommrow another gym session i think i will start to take ibprofen before class beacuse my osgood ushaly really hurts, also i will take allot more time to get warmed upi have gym training every thursday.

Ok today i didn't do any condtitioning beacuse i had a gym session at 7pm it went great i did some backflips i did some frontflips off of stuff and on flat, wall spins and double kongs. So all in all it was a great night and best of all my osgood didn't hurt i took allot more time getting warmed up and i took a ibporfen and it was all good.  :)... O yea also i did some handstands i am getting allot better not close to 15 seconds though mabey 4 seconds.

ok well for the last few days i havent done my training journal which is dumb of me, but anywas today i didn't do anything, beacuse i got these 2 massive blisters on the back of my heals which hurt when i have shoes on which is realy gay, but the blisters on my hands are finaly healed so yesterday i went to the park and trained muscle ups i didnt wear any shoes i wore socks sweatpants and a t-shirt and it was freezing and i think i am getting the cold but good news is that i can do a swining muscle up thier really easy i have been working on pull ups and such, But also the day i was practicing muscle ups i thought i would do some 540's and i think i might have pulled my groin muscle beacuse its really sore and painfull to put pressure on so i will tell you how it feels tommorw, but the blisters on the back of my heal are thumb size and they really suck. SO today was a rest day from the day before, also i was doing handstands and i am getting allot better i think i will cut down my goal size from 15 sec to 5 seconds.

- no training

Today didn't do much beacuse i am feeling sick, got blisters on back off heals thier getting a bit better and yesterday when playing vollyball in class i went to bumb the ball and it smashed my jaw so it hurts when i bite down and also i was really tired today i think it was the time change it has thrown off my sleeping schedule. But i did do a few jump muscle ups beacuse the bar i was on didnt allow a swing and it had grip tape on it so i could swing really. O and u don't think i pulled my groin i think it was just really sore. O and tommrow i go to the gym so i will try to backflip off of something about a foot of the ground and then i will start to backflip off higher stuff.

-muscle up jumps 25 min,


INJURIES

-osgood is gone but will come back when i start to grow again
-wrist is getting better
-blisters are starting to heal

Today i did a light speed/agility workout at my school. i had a gym session so i didnt do much BUT goood news when i was at the gym i did a backflip of a foot high box and a 2 foot high box and stacked boxes that were my chest hight.  :D so is this is a big achevment i also did some speed vaults AND i did some wall spins with no mats i can do them with ease know to  ;D it was great i also was doing some swing muscle ups and frontflips off stuff this night was THE best  ;D ;D

-went to gym for 1.5hrs
-light speed/aglity training 45 min


INJURIES


-osgood dosent hurt anymore so i will stop posting it
but it will propaly come back when i go through another growth spurt.

Today i did a upper body workout at around 1 oclock i did dips and pull ups for 50min and at around 7 oclock i did another workout i did handstand hold against the wall for 1:30 min my best time so far a week ago i could only do it for 1 min and i mean like i'm pushing myself hard to get 1:30 min. i also did jumping stairs jumping squats. and shin raises and calf raises 2 and 1 leg.


TOTAL TRAINNG FOR NOV 7

-upper body in morning 45 min
     dips-50
     pull ups-50
     chest squeezes 30

-workout at 7 for 50 min
   handstand hold total time 4 min
   jumping stairs-5 times
   jumping squats- 60
   shin raises-40
   2 legged calf raises 20
   1 legged calf raises each leg 30

I have been busy for the last past few days so i am sorry for not posting for the last few days. Well today i did a new workout with surgicle tubbing it was really good. i worked out for 45min. Also the last few days my friend has stayed over dana my team member we played assasins creed :D and we went out and trained for around 2 hours we did this 2 days in a row. i have been working on muscle ups and new moves on bars.
