Today i was tired since yesterday was hallowean and i was up late and such, but i still got a workout in, i did burpees,squats,pull ups,lunges,calf raises, handstand hold and stretched out
TOTAL TRAINING FOT OCT 30
-burpees ,50
-squats ,24 and 24 sec hols
-pull ups ,40
-calf raises 20 two-footed
10 one-legged
-handstand for 30 seconds against
wall
INJURIES
-osgood shallters
-wrist hurts
-cuts on hands
GOALS
-handstand 15 sec
-improve wall climb
-improve cat balances
-1 clean muscle up
