Yeah. I saw this, but didn't think much of it. Sometimes it's OK, but if you're comparing extreme-walking to parkour OR free-running, you gotta' learn a little bit more.

But I'll let it go because it's Cracked.

It's not a terminology mixup. Free-style walking=PK/FR for people who don't condition at all. The origins part gives it away. You can find videos on YouTube. IMO, practitioners look extremely akward.

They shouldn't have thrown the word free-running in there, though.

bossaball is just awesome. I did that in my backyard when i had a trampoline. but yeah they totally got the whole free walking thing mixed up. hehe ferrets
