A good way to train and improve is in the snow.  It snowed in the valley today, and training in it can be one of the best things for yourself, if done safely.  It makes your mind focus up, and helps your focus in every one of your movements.  It helps to push past fears.  So go train and gain...

eh, the only thing i really like to do in the snow is run in this large field i have near my house. sometimes the snow can get pretty deep (seriously like up to your knees) and its hard to bring your legs up as you run. its a pretty good workout.
if your training on rails and stuff just be careful cause it is sure to be slippery!
