I have 7 years mixed martial arts trainning, and I played football for a while so I'm really athletic. I see this sport really cool, and I want to learn. Coach Heck:
We have a program designed for beginner to intermediate parkour with the emphasis of tumbling for safety landing purposes. The basic concept is to improve the physical coordination of body movement.
Introducing myself my basic background in tales the following:
-All American in gymnastics
-Past Owner/Director of three gymnastics clubs in California
-Program Director for YMCA, Boys and Girls Club, and Parks and Recreation
For training purposes we are utilizing Las Vegas Envy Allstars facility on Fridays from 6pm to 9pm. Entry fee is $10. All levels welcome.
