If I can figure out how to vault in my Batgirl costume without flashing everyone, I'm totally in!

LoL.. Make it not so revealing.  ;)  I need to actually MAKE my Robin costume.. it'll end up looking silly, cheap, but ridiculously expensive (since the top and bottom will consist of red UnderArmour and I need to find some boots..).

This all said, does anyone have any idea for a location?

Wait a minute, I thought batgirl wears pants?

You know this is a day before Old Rag. It would be tough to do both... well, for me at least.

One of the old pre-Crisis Barbara Gordon costumes has a yellow skirt.  But I'm pretty sure she's talking about one of the easily bought Batgirl costumes at halloween stores which includes a little black skirt.

Would be cool to see this, though:

That's the new Batgirl, btw.  Cassandra Cain.  Also a very cool character.

And.. y'know.. a jam is a jam, not an intense trainng session.

Back-to-back events provide for ideal conditioning :D.  Remember, I did a 9 mile Strickler Knob hike before climbing and bouldering for 3 hours on Sunday with everyone... if I can do it, so can you!

I think I'd prefer somewhere in/around DC as I haven't met the new DC people since getting back into town (sooo much focus on getting the Northern VA guys organised).

Say it ain't so! Oh wow, I might have to attend this, however I haven't a clue where my costume would come from. I might have to be some other traceur lol.

Poll with locations?

What about Meridian Hill Park ?

We had a great time there at the last jam, and hopefully this time they will have shut the fountains.
Plus, being a public park and all, nobody should worry about a bunch of costumed people scaling up the walls ;D

I second Pilou.  Especially Meridian Hill/Malcolm X park is metro accessible (U Street metro), meeting on the corner of 15th and W makes it easy to find everyone, and the park has its own share of colorful characters so costumed traceurs wouldn't really be that strange there...

All right, cool!  Given it's a Sat, what time?  I know the Primal sessions are Sat mornings.

I'd vote for 2:30pm, so all the Primal folks have just the time to grab their costume and run up (there's classes there until 2pm).
