Depends on what your goals are. I can usually handle more volume, so I do some weight training a few days a week also. I think that for improving overall fitness, it's plenty, and it leaves time for Parkour-specific training. If you're doing the warmup along with working on a few other strength skills before the workout, it is more than enough to both improve and sustain fitness at a high level. The trick is to approach every workout with 100% intensity, wich will give you the full-effect.
Now that I'm getting back to normal after the surgery, I'm rescheduling my workout so that the WOD will be the majority of my training, with the rest being supplemented by a lot of Parkour techs work.
