No.. does it sound interesting?

I've never played the Animal Crossing games.. I always figured Harvest Moon titles were better.

Yea the original was for the Cube.

I think it's like HM (I've never played that). Similar in that you are a little animal-like dude
and you have a house that starts out really cheap but once you get money you can upgrade.

You buy furniture, upgrade your house. it get detailed: wall paper, couches, chairs, clothes flowers haha

but you earn money by doing favors for your friends or the shopkeeper you have in town. and you can go fishing and dig up artifacts for the musem in your little town. and there are yearly events based on the real life calender and such. very calm game.

im asking of others have it cuz if you know their address on the game (or some code of theirs) then we can visit eachothers towns.
but the bad thing is we cant pk on eachother roofs  ;)

I've never gotten into Animal Crossing for the simple fact of never owning a Gamecube.

However, what I've seen and played((not a whole lot)), it is similar, but not parallel to Harvest Moon style. I'm more of a Harvest Moon kinda guy, I find it funny when I get odd looks from people at Gamestop when I ask when the next HM is coming out.

It is actually a cool game I've never played HM but AC has got to be equally good or better.

I don't have Wild World but I would like to get it when I get around to getting, and keeping a DS...(Gotten 2 stolen *sigh*)

I do though have the original and am interested in the new AC coming out for Wii next month called City Folk.

Online support with a new voice chat device ftw! So all those with a wii hit me up lol.
[ill battle you at SSBB and Kart too! xD]

Actually the ORIGINAL was for the 64, but it was only released in Japan.

I have both Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon for those long car rides and during classes. They both rock, but I am a huge Harvest Moon fan.

AC and HM...whats the difference? Isn't HM your on a farm the whoel time?  :P

I watched the video from AC on nintendo (lol kinda a dork for this game...but its my only game so its ok)
and being able to go to a fast-paced city seems amazing. switching it up for a little while is refreshing.
im excited for this game now...so many new things from the Cube version.   8)

My gf plays Animal Crossing all the time, and she seems really into it.

Nothing more disconcerting than practicing your rolls on the lawn and your gf runs out of the house like she's been attacked.  I ask what's wrong, and she puts on this sad face and goes, "People are leaving my TOWN!".

Double-depressing...lol.

She wants to get into it, she just is kinda scared, as she has the opposite training problem I do.  I have too much "padding", she has almost none at all, so she bruises easy when she gets her rolls wrong...:P.  She does wanna learn, just she seems to believe that she has to jog to "get into shape" before she can start doing her parkour training.  Women are weird...lol.

Downloading games for the DS, PSP, PS3, XBox 360 and Wii is illegal. Stuff out-of-production is fine if that one law is still in place.
