ReTrainingI'm back. I have increased muscle mass, and lost alot of excess weight. Unfortunately i have also lost all my cardio. I get out of breath after about 2 minutes of intense PK, I can't even run around my house 3 times without collapsing grasping for air.
Now i'm just shy of 6 foot, And weigh 135. I don't smoke cigs, do drink occasionally, and eat mildly healthy. I do not take any vitamins, do not take any medication.
Work out regimen
Pull Up-- umm

working on that. I can do 2 or 3 front hand.
Push Ups-- I can easily do push ups, usually in sets of 20 or so.
Sit Ups-- Also easily done, i usually do 30-50 at a time.
Squats-- No problem, i don't even count, just do them till i can't stand.
Parkour Regimen
I am still easing my way back into training.
Rolls- Yummy, but besides that i do usually 10-20 min of roll training a night.
Vaults- The bane of my existence, I have yet to start working on my vaulting skills again.
Wall Runs- I am fairly proficient with wall runs still working on topping out.
Flow- I feel choppy, i have difficulty stringing movements together.
Efficiency- I truly try my hardest to be as efficient as possible. I do not do flashy stuff.
Footwork- Probably my best attribute.
I will be recording my work out, some of my diet, etc... Any help would be much appreciated.
