Need advice so i can get in better shape
« on: October 06, 2008, 01:56:32 PM »
Diet: usaully meat like hotdogs, tacos, and hamburgers. I eat pizza alot and soda
Goals: What i would like to achieve in being physically fit is to be able to get my body as a whole stronger and not just specific muscles.
Exercise Routines: Usually when i excercise its with dumb bells doing curls or doing sit ups

I know that its not the best place to start from but any kind of helpful feed back such  as diet tips or possible suggestions for workuts that would help would be more than appreciated

Doing arm curls and sit ups, you'll work your abs and biceps.. but not much else.

That neglects your back, chest, shoulders, triceps, and everything waist to foot.

weighted chest dip- chest and triceps
weighted pull up- upper back and biceps
dumbbell lateral raise- deltoids
box jump- abs, p-chain, and quadriceps

You don't need much equipment or time and it is far more rounded than picking on your abs and biceps alone :)
