Great day with Josh, Tanner, Michael, Joey, and my brother. Learned a new game and taught them the "Jumping Game". Did a run of The Shredder too.

Handstands are feeling great.

Worked on climb ups and driving the knee for extra explosiveness.

Discovered that rolls need to end up coming out COMPLETELY sideways at a 90 degree exit. Go onto the shoulder by placing the forearm on the ground, then totally torque the body sideways to come out at 90 degrees.

An hour at LHS, and 2 hours at the PKV Gym. Great day. Not much focused conditioning though.

3/1/10:
2 hours with the Hatches and Josh. Replanning my teaching system. Something along the lines of:

Warm up
Balance
Basic warm ups for all muscles (Push ups, pull ups, squats, etc.)
Light QM
Parkour Games

Lesson
10-20 minute sessions of each:
Landings
Rolls
Precisions
Vaults
QM conditioning/coordination building
More intense parkour specific exercises to help with conditioning. (Wall climbs, etc.)

I need to start emphasizing the rolls and QM coordination building for the new and old members. Otherwise, the coordination will not become smooth, and rolls will never be practiced. It would also be a good idea to get the conditioning in too.

All bits of practice here and there. Muscle ups are feeling somewhat easier. Still needing to kip and use a false grip though.
