For pullups you can use:

Bars (playgrounds nearby?)
Tree branches
The crossing signals at intersections
Walls
Rafters (like in your garage if you have one)

Also, if you find something like a branch or a bar that's too high, either bring a bucket to stand on, or throw a towel over it and grip the towel for the pullups.  The latter method will be harder, but it will help you increase your grip strength as well.

Thanks for the suggestions. :) For indoors, I was thinking of using my door, since the playground near by has a great spot.
And I'll be there tomorrow around noon.

Breakfast: [3] Veggie bacon, toast, tea.
Lunch: Eggsalad sandwich, tea, frozen yogurt.
Dinner: -
Snack: A handfull of M&Ms, some laffy taffy, more frozen yogurt...:P

Exercise
A quick minute or two, should not of done this. XP
20 Sit ups, 20 Push ups, 10 lunges on both sides, 10 squats, 5 pull up negatives [my hands hurt x.x]
The lunges killed my muscles almost right away, I just hope they aren't super sore tomorrow, I don't want to miss training. :(

Lunch/Dinner: Footlong Subway sub, 24 oz [:P] raspberry sorbet drank, 1 cup of Gelato.
Snack: 2 Oreo cookies.

Lunch: 15 Almonds, 5 "Kona Coffee Glazed Macadamia Nuts", Carrot, Apple, Cheese.
Dinner: Spaghetti w/ Home-made sauce.
Snack: 1/2 a large chocolate/vanilla muffin.

Pretty good today, though I don't think I ate enough...
Must make a lunch tomorrow so I don't eat some bad shtuff, since I usually do when at work.

Today was workout day, and it was pretty awesome.
Did mostly QM stuff, without shoes, but my hands were only a little red/sore, my feet are both dirty and slightly peeling. :P
Also walked with my dog, about a mile and a half [Healdsburg is only about 2 miles long].

Dinner: Veggie burger, a slice of chocolate/marshmallow/graham cracker cake.

50 Push ups [5-sec breaks between every 10].
50 Sit ups [5-sec breaks between every 10].
25 Squats.
15 Dips.
5 Lunges on both side.
Practiced some frog stands on my wall, working on being able to do a full handstand. :3

Yesterday, my stomach hurt a bit, but I did have a bowl of cereal w/ soy milk, veggie burger, some banana bread, some ginger ale, and a couple saltine crackers.

Today, I rode my bike a bit, and it was a pretty good workout.

Breakfast: Bowl of cereal /w soy milk.
Lunch/Dinner: Veggie burger, 2 ginger cookies, small kiwi, handful of salted almonds.
Snack: The rest of the cookies... =/

Drank like 5 bottles of water throughout the day.

Since I have about an hour break between classes tomorrow, I usually make a lunch so I don't go spend my money on worse.
