Handsprings or not so much?
« on: August 16, 2008, 12:24:09 PM »
Do gymnastics moves such as handsprigns have a place in freerunning, because i just got the front handspring down and was wondering whether i should continue on this sort of track or move to different things. They seem like they could go either way, and im not sure.

In terms of freerunning, you could use the front handspring over rails, walls, etc.  Other than that theres not much of a point.

I'd imagine if you can front handspring then you could gate vault if you gave it a try.

familiar is the key word in that post dude, gymnastics is very alike to free running as its obviously stated by its movement, but yeah, front handsprings aren't that popular in free running, but when you get back handsprings down, combo's can be looking awesomely sweet :P
