Anyone hurdle??
« on: August 11, 2008, 03:12:20 PM »
i am sorry if this has already been posted. so basicly i have never seen anyone do a hurdle over an obsticle but i think that a hurdle would be much faster when going over a low obsticle than a lot of movements(dash vault) unless there is a drop afterwards. i have been doing hurdles in track for a couple of years so maby thats the only reason that i prefer hurdles.
This is not a sport; this is superman versus the giant.

The hurdle is a great skill to have. It takes a significant amount of speed/flexibility/technique in order to hurdle efficiently.

I might use it when an obstacle is waist height and not sturdy. If the obstacle is sturdy, I'd prefer a speed vault.
