Today was day 5 of fasting.  Friday and Saturday were days where i allowed myself to eat all day, with no fasting at all.  Morale is still high.  Will be hitting the gym tomorrow.

I'm at about 2 weeks of fasting, and honestly I have noticed no difference.  I'm going to stop with the fasting for now, and go back to my old eating schedule.  However this time, I'll be cutting as many processed carbs out as I can.

Decided recently that I'm going to be doing a triathlon this summer.  It's on an island where my summer house is, so I'll be participating when I go there.  It consists of 1/2 mile swim, 12 mile bike ride, and a 4 mile run. My goal is to complete the entire thing without stopping, so I'll be using my cardio days to train towards it.

Today's workout:

Running:
*2 miles
*20:26

Biking:
*6.03 miles
*22:50

Goals:
*9-11% bodyfat
*4 miles running in 28 minutes, no stopping
*12 miles biking in 36 minutes, no stopping
