hi sorry if this has been posted before i couldnt find anything about it
I dont have access to a gym or a lot of stuff to climb and practice on can anyone tell me how to make homemade equipment

They have been very helpful for me. You can get more range of motion with push-ups, you can do L-Sits, work on your tuck and planch... all sorts of crazy stuff
Since I built my own, I've discovered a whole range of other things you can do with them. I've used them to practice static cat-balancing by putting one in front of the other to simulate a rail, I've used them to aid in my stretching, particularly the side-split where I used them as support to prevent me from going all the way down
Also, you really don't need equipment. Check out what Ozzi and Adam do for conditioning. They have some pretty extreme stuff. Here's a link to their videos:

I normally practice everything in my yard. I jump off the porch to practice rolls, porch rail for vaults and the sort, my garage for wall-jumps and things like that. You can use about anything.
