I'm going to check out crossfit too. I'm going to see what it's like. I'll message you on myspace to let you know when I'm going to go so we can go together, if you want.
But we should definitely hit up the convention center and I would love to do kids kingdom that looks fun so maybe we can set up some meets and places and times.

So anyhow i went to crossfit today to check it out and it sounds pretty cool the only problem with me is the price but i can work on some weekends to pay for it. so do u have aim or msn messenger so that we dont have to use this hella slow forum chat?

well its crossfit so its expensive 125 a month for normal members but they said we would get a discount so idk the only reason most my freinds are not wanting to do it is because the cost.

so i know this thread is a few days over a year old and all but if i could get together with a few people in redding to train that would be tight! haha
its been about 6 months since the last time i trained and ive softened up a ton and i want to get back into it but its not a lot of fun getting started on my own plus itd be killer to get some pointers from someone with experience. im trying to focus on getting my body up to snuff to start working on movements right now so if anyone in redding would want to get together to train send me a message! =D

Hey, June 5th is Parkour day. We in Redding ought to try to do SOMETHING. I can't do anything on Saturdays 'cause I have to work 7am to 4pm, but I might be able to get away for a little bit on the Friday before...
