One armed muscle ups.
« on: July 27, 2008, 09:43:32 PM »
I myself can't do a muscle up yet, but I am working hard. I know for a fact that it is possible to do one-armed pull-ups. So it stands to reason that a one-armed muscle-up would also be possible, doesn't it?

There are times when you want to break down and rage at the heavens. Don't. Stay calm, and let the emotions flood in, accept them and then rise above them. Never dwell. Don't fear or worry. Anything worth thinking about is worth talking about. And... Good luck.

When faced with the stress of a life-threatening engagement, we don't rise to the occasion, we descend to our level of training.

Hmm, that's been out for a while. I do think the dip portion is doable without swinging BUT not on a bar. Ledge should be definitely doable but it would be impossible to kip the bottom portion unfortunately.

Now that I think about it though he's using his left hand. If he's right handed.... BEAST! lol.

i remember seeing this some time ago, but this time around i noticed he's using a wrap for grip..wouldn't that help a bit? I imagine with a better hold on the bar he could exert more force...regardless it's impressive.

A regular muscle-up is one thing, a one arm pull-up is something else, A FREAKING ONE ARM MUSCLE-UP IS BEAST!
This post was based off of my personal gatherings. Enjoy:)
