Well, you probably knew someone would say this, but...
My advice is don't do it. In Parkour training, 4 weeks is comparable to...nothing. Many have trained for years, and still don't take those drops.
I'll throw a few analogies out there about the 4 weeks, and hopefully one relates to you:
- It's like playing Tony Hawk 2 for an hour, then going to a skatepark and thinking you're going to drop in a 10ft bowl for the first time.
- It's like studying a preview for Ocean's 11, then going out to rob a casino[good luck].
- It's like thinking you can do a standing back tuck, just because you practiced them underwater at a friend's pool.
Now, it's possible that you'll do it and be fine, so I don't want to be a downer. Good Luck if you decide to go for it!
