Here i the next few weeks I'm going to Lakewood to visit a couple friends of mine, and I'm gonna go early to run around and see if there's a good place to train. Usually there is, you just have to look... I used to live in lakewood, I don't remember if it was good for training or not, but, I'm sure you can find something, whether be it big or small, whatever you can do, do it!

parkour trainning sunday 20th


ok this is the first of many anuall parkour meetups with me ill be parkouring around this park from 1:00 to at least 4:00 if people show up maybe longer like 5 or 6 or whatever if people show and agin if you are a complet beginer that is fine i will teach you  and i dont want any! lazy people if you come to learn or just to train it will be hard trainning no matter if you are beginners or advanced soo be ready to train hard when you come everyone is welcome  and its ok to come late we will not be leaveing the park area you would be able to find us if anyone would come late

and also to be good you dont need good palces to train you need to train good even one thing to vult over and some thing to balcnce on and jump over or on just keep it simple and get crative no matter where you are there is stuff you can train just think if that is every thing you can possibly do at whatever spot and your mucles can still work do more !
