Okay, let me start out by giving a brief background story. I'm 20, and for 18 years I was a gamer. Mountain dew 8-10 times a day, living off cheetos and ramen noodle. However, I was blessed and still have a thin figure. In the past 2 years, I've been working out A LOT and now am pretty muscular. I have 'guns' (I still laugh, because I use to be a huge sissy

) and I feel a lot stronger. However, despite my rock hard abs, I don't have a 6-pack. well, I do, it just has a nice beefy layer that I can't get rid of. I do plenty of core work-out including pilates, but the flub just won't go away... I want to be able to take my shirt off wherever I go and not be self-conscious. Any tips?
P.S. I posted this thread in Diet because I figured the only reason I'm not toned is due to my diet. If this thread gets moved, that's okay, too.
