Maybe a little more information will help with the advice giving. What messes you up?

I try to go for the second one and my arms just collapse  and I just fall fast first. I think my problem is I don't get enough hight in my body or something.

Speed is also very important in this movement. If you don't have enough, you don't make it. Also, this is a prime candidate for learning in a gym.

I thought allot of speed was needed but scared to bail at such high speed. I thought about a gym I am pretty sure my town has one but I don't know about money or cost.

hey you could always start on a low platform like a foot or two off the ground. this is easy because you dont have to bring your legs up so high. also, on your double kong, try just doing like a tap"  kong before your actual second kong. like on your first kong dont leave ur feet off the ground and just touch than do the other kong. hope this helps , if you dont understand what im saying just ask...

Ask Ozzi if he has a tutorial. HI PK always has great tutorials.

It might be a height issue. Everytime I see someone do a double kong their legs are above their head during the intial dive.
