I don't know if you want to hear it or not, or if this is the place to do it, but I've had the goal of doing a muscle-up for ages, and only now am doing something about it. I'm going for 1500 deadhang pull-ups this month, and am on 1150. I have no idea how much closer this will bring me to doing the muscle-up, but I'm going to be trying for them once the month is over
