I fractured my tibia about three weeks ago. I got my cast off yesterday and am now in a movable full leg brace. The doctor said I should work on regaining some of my muscle and gave me two exercises to do. The only problem is I can do way over the amount of repetitions I'm supposed to do and feel nothing. I was wondering if there are any exercises I can do to regain muscle, while not putting any weight on my leg. I probably have a month before it's back to normal, but anything would help! Thanks!
