I didn't improve a ton it just turns out I was measuring toe to ankle so my broad jumps were much lower than they actually are so now that I figured that out turns out it's 7 feet.
Now I feel stupid LOL.

This is good for me because I am only four foot nine.

I wanna see that...

whenever i test my broad jumps it is always in my weightlifting gym, which has a rubber floor which gives for GREAT launches. but i would feel way  self concious bringing a tripod and camera into my gym... theres way to many people. altho if i went at like 2.a.m i could probably pull it off.

but anyways if you wanna see me do a 10'+ standing broad look at 1:13 in this video... there was a whole thread about that gap.

I'm almost at my 1 year mark, and I'm pretty happy with the improvement on this one.

I can measure exactly, but I know it is greater than 8.5 feet and less than 9.5 feet. I think it might be something like 8' 11". This is a few days ago and I'm fairly out of shape. Compared to most people, my broad jump:long jump ratio is disproportionally large. My running long jump is crap, probably around only 1 foot further. I'll learn the techniques someday...
You shouldn't try to do multiple experiments to calculate linear vertical acceleration over large distances.

Yeah man the difference is that you land with your heels off of the edge and take off a little bit away from the edge either on precisions. Broad jump is measurement to where you land on the back of your heel. so i would like to see what your broad is on flat ground, not on a precision w/obstacles. my broad is 9.5 but i can easily hit 10 ft precisions, theres a difference

Some of these distances are crazy, I really need to work some more on my posterior chain. I still only do about a 8ft broad jump which is about average in this group of people but I would not mind hitting 8 and 5 with ease.

9.5 is 9'6" (9 feet, 6 inches) lol
People once believed, that when someone dies, a crow carries their soul to the land of the dead. But sometimes, something so bad happens that a terrible sadness is carried with it and the soul cant rest. Then sometimes, just sometimes the crow could bring that soul back to put the wrong things right
