Hey guys im new to Parkour ( found a video of it on the internet) and im addicted to it. I just started about 2 weeks ago and i even made a little obstacle course in my backyard. I tried to improve myself by walking/jogging around my neigborhood everyday and it started to help a little as far as my speed goes. But after about a week of jogging my calves started to ache, not bad, so i shook it off, but now its gotten to where it hurts for me to just walk. i dont mean to sound like im complaining or whining but i just wanna no if i jogged to much for it to cause that.
