you should try training in the pouring rain

Actually before i even knew what parkour was i remember once visiting my girlfriend (at the time) and I came back my way home and it started to pour so I basically jetted home. I get what your saying Muhammad and I will most likely try that sometime soon. i really do like training in the rain. Its very tranquil and calming hearing the rain drops and still managing to overcome obstacles.

why not? it forces you to learn how to jump with correct form and to land properly.

if you don't pull your knees up, put some arc into your jump, and come down on the target rather than hitting it laterally, you will fall on your arse LOL. and when it's wet, you have to land on the balls of you feet for sure, or else you WILL slip.

doing precisions in the rain will reinforce the habit of ALWAYS jumping and landing with correct form and with perfection every time.

By the way... your insane... ;)

I am not insane. I'm simply upon the way of our parkour predecessors. This is the true, authentic parkour.

To practice in all conditions is the original methodology of training developed by our knowledgeable fore bearers, who we have the wonderful opportunity and obligation of learning from because they are all still alive and with us today. It is of a high importance to link back to them and try to establish connections with them in order to learn the correct ways of training.  ;) ;D
