Loser from heights
« on: June 11, 2008, 01:13:27 AM »
Today I went to the gym and right at the end I started attempting these losers from the edge of a 4 and a half feet block. It was easier than I though, didnt really get it after about 10 attempts, kept landing feet then butt.

I know I need a faster rotation, my tuck was very tight, and I thought it was fast, obviously not fast enough though. I can get them nicely on the tramp but I dont count that as anything really, anyone could do it on a tramp.

What I am looking for is any advice from the pros who can flips their asses back and forward forward and back.

Thanks

Lol.
Ive found that with these you just need a quick snap with the arms and a quick push off with the legs/ankles (dont bend very deep at all) then hold it tight.
