However my issue is that more people call me "Kyper" in real life then Kyle. It's unique, so I'm easy to remember.

I'm just gonna keep it in quotations if that's not an issue?

That is a good idea, however there is the issue with very young kids and parents who are always checking for internet predators. Some may not allow for that to happen.

On the other hand, it does get more personal and even better for jams. I am glad I do use my name.

Another thing, do add your old used name as a title or something so we ll can know who you are. It would suck not knowing who is it you were messing with in the past about acai

Ima stick with Xian if thats cool. its a shortened verison of my own name, and it was give to me by someone special anyway. so its not just a bullshit name that was just random.

Yes - not madatory at at all. There may be some very good contributors to the forums who for some reason or other don't want to share their real names - again, it is usually evident from someone's post whether they know what they are talking about or not! This is just an extra step to be "transparent" - acting on behalf of yourself with the same courtesy and respect (or the same lack thereof) you would use in person.

I can't part with my internet name fully, I use it every where and kind of perfer it to my real name. But I don't have any problems about using them both at once

I thought this was a great idea when I heard the suggestion at PKGen, as well. But then I thought, "Oh dear... way more people know me as Muse!" I started introducing myself to people with my real name right away at the PKGen event, but I had a lot of people ask, "Can I still call you Muse?"

And that is okay with me.

I will put my real name under my avatar, though, just to keep it consistent. It is a good idea.

yes but you can also find where you train parkour. what state, what spot and at what time.
this could be very useful to your stalker you waits for you to enter a back alley alone.
 
lol. even if you don't post it directly its pretty easy to figure out. besides if anyone really wanted to stalk/kidnap/kill you bad enough theres not much you could do to stop them.
