Savannah Area Parkour Training Partner(s)
« on: June 03, 2008, 11:26:46 PM »
I'm in the Army from the Atlanta area but just moved near Savannah. Looking to start parkour and am looking for some like-minded folks. I'm already strong, so no problems there(20+ pullups). Holla @ me: chad.p.hurst@us.army.mil

Also in the savannah area, and trying to get started, but is seems like there's nothing going on here.

If there is anyone else out and about, I'd love to know.

I live in savannah, I am in highschool and I'm not the best at it, looking for someone to progress with in free running.
I want to get better in every way.

no way! finally i found some people in savannah who may want to get a jam or session together! i am 17 and have been into parkour/freerunning for about a year. i know a thing or two about it and have gotten 3 friends interested in it. i'm sure if we tried to set  date for a downtown jam. we could get something going. PLUS we may get some attention. leading to more traceurs. i wouldn't mind going downtown one day beforehand to scout and map out places to go. Just message me on here or email me at cuintheriver@aol.com if you are also interested in getting something going. or.... you could text me at 912-660-8416 in you can't get a hold of me anywhere else.

we can make this happen!

Hi, just two little suggestions.  This is no longer an "active thread" since the last post before yours was on 2 September 2009.  I doubt that any of these folks are still active, since they have very few posts on their accounts which were from several years ago.

Second, please try to use proper grammar.  You used absolutely no punctuation and I can barely understand what you said.  This is the internet, but on APK we normally refrain from leetspeak and the such unless in socializing boards or such.  Even then, most people still use proper grammar.

Sorry if I seem to be harping on you, but I'm a bit of a grammar nazi...  Anyways, welcome to APK!
I'd walk 500 miles just to see her :) Good thing she lives just 15 minutes away :)

Hey I hope people are still training in the Savannah area, because I will be in Savannah for about 5 weeks starting this Tuesday. Just seeing if there are people around that may want to get a jam or maybe even a Parkour Seminar that I can teach.
